I feel great pleasure to see Expo Pakistan 2005, gaining recognition in the world for its exclusive significance as the interactive platform for the Pakistani exporters to explore new buyers market internationally. I am sure that this exhibition will prove to be helpful in promoting the unique and high quality products being offered by Pakistan up to the international standards. This will, in turn, encourage foreign investment in the form of business alliances and access to new export markets.

Moreover, the favourable investment climate in Pakistan and the economic indicators leading to positive direction further encourage foreign participation. I am sure that Expo Pakistan will foster our country's international competitiveness, while contributing to the national economic and social development.

We are looking forward to see Pakistan emerge as the most rewarding and productive investment hub for the entire world in a very near future.

I am deeply appreciative of Export Promotion Bureau for taking this initiative to introduce Pakistan's export potential all over the world and hope that participation in Expo Pakistan will be a rewarding experience for all the exhibitors and foreign trade visitors.
